Shipping and/or handling

Shipping &/or will done either via USPS or a 3PL, depending on your ordered products. These prices will computed in the checkout cart for your perusal.

For delivery failure:

If a delivery to the address supplied at the time of sale fails to arrive, gets lost, or is stolen, Black Diamond Concerns will attempt to re-ship the order to you once at our own expense. However, we prefer to ship the second time to a different address and will contact you to set this up. In the event the second delivery fails to arrive, we will issue a refund for your order and the transaction will be completed in this manner.
